During this time he has advised, personally and professionally, various institutions and organisations in Latin America and has participated in projects for drafting regulations on the subject in various countries, such as El Salvador. Member of the Review Commission of the Dominican data protection regulations under the Ministry of the Presidency of the Dominican Republic, among others.
A native of Madrid, he holds a Law Degree from the Complutense University of Madrid, where he obtained the Diploma of Advanced Studies with distinction.
Member of the Spanish Association of Health Law and member of the Advisory Board of the Mexican Academy of Computer Law. Promoter and Director of the Ibero-American Data Protection Observatory initiative.
Awarded by the Spanish Data Protection Agency and the Basque Data Protection Agency.
